In September, a certified court interpreter was awarded $220,000 for wrongful
eviction. The owners of his rented property, accepted money for an option to buy
the premises, the owners failed to allow escrow to close on the sale and then
evicted our clients, representing they intended to move in. In fact they did not
move in and Safire Law sued for damages suffered.
